Worship Service: The Parable of the Good Samaritan

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Anton Deik as our guest speaker! His text will be Luke 10: 25-37. He writes, “My sermon will centre Palestine and the Genocide in Gaza. I will be preaching from the Parable of the Good Samaritan and offering a fresh way to look at justification as empowerment, through Jesus, to worship God in justice and holiness.”
Dr. Deik is a Palestinian Christian educator (he taught at Bethlehem Bible College) and served as the co-chair of the Peacebuilding Summit that LMCers supported for last year’s Advent Giving Project.
Our worship service will include the celebration of communion together.
