Worship Service: Transfiguration, Communion

Pastor Richard will preach on Luke 9: 28-45. He writes, “When Jesus is miraculously transformed in the presence of some disciples, Peter scrambles to preserve the moment. Jesus, however, is more concerned with the disciples carrying on his ministry in daily life than with hanging on to the ‘mountaintop’ experience.”
We’ll also celebrate communion together.
